1. License and Usage Rights

Interview Code Ace ("the Software") is licensed, not sold, to you for use in accordance with these Terms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for personal coding interview preparation purposes. This Software is expressly not intended for use in actual technical interviews or assessments. The Software is provided for educational and demonstration purposes only, specifically to illustrate potential vulnerabilities in technical interview processes.

2. Prohibited Activities

You expressly agree not to:

• Share, transfer, or sublicense your account credentials or access rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Use the Software for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes
• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of the Software
• Use the Software in any actual technical interview or assessment
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein, shall remain exclusively with Interview Code Ace and its licensors. While you retain ownership of any content you generate using the Software, the Software itself, including its source code, object code, design, structure, organization, user interface, and all related documentation, remains our proprietary property.

4. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Software at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Software. Continued use of the Software following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL INTERVIEW CODE ACE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

7. Term and Termination

These Terms shall remain in effect until terminated. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Software following any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

1. Subscription Fees and Features

The Software is available through any of our subscription plans as detailed in our Pricing page. Your subscriptions includes:

• Full access to all Interview Code Ace software features
• Automatic software updates and new feature releases
• Technical support and customer service

All fees are exclusive of any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.

2. Billing and Cancellation

Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made to your account
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the billing period
• Access to the Software will continue until the end of your paid period

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 48-hour refund window for subscription fees, subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase
• You must provide verifiable video evidence demonstrating that the Software is not functioning on your system
• Refunds are not available for issues related to screen-sharing software detection or solution generation speed

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Contact our customer service team at interviewcodeace@gmail.com
• Provide your purchase details, including order number and date of purchase
• Submit video evidence demonstrating the technical issue
• Include a detailed description of the problem encountered

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
